They stop you, ask for your papers and that’s when you discover that something expired three weeks ago. You argue for a while. Maybe you win. Maybe you don’t. Maybe you make an involuntary contribution to somebody’s revenue target for the month.
Either way, it’s a stupid way to find out.
I built Fleetpass because I’ve had enough of that.
It helps you track your vehicle and driver documents, shows what’s missing or expiring, and tells you what needs attention first.
Yes, maybe you can do this in Excel. But how many everyday people, myself included, have the time for all that wahala?
The question that shaped most of the platform was: when I open this thing, can I immediately tell what needs my attention?
Upload one document and Fleetpass automatically creates a new vehicle or adds it to an existing one, figures out the other documents you should probably be tracking, and flags what’s missing.
Then the main dashboard gives you one overall status and sorts everything by urgency.
The point is that you shouldn’t need to stare at six expiry dates and mentally calculate which problem Future You is about to inherit. Fleetpass tells you.
There’s more behind it, obviously. Driver documents are already built in for fleets, and I’m working towards letting you renew documents directly from the product.
But the basic test is much simpler.
Upload one document, walk through the system, and let me know if at any point you have to stop and wonder what the hell you’re supposed to do.
